perfect stay
friendly staff helpful staff great experience available drink
the check-in experience was great because ben was very friendly and helpful. he got us checked in and even arranged a ride to our room (very helpful with luggage). i also enjoyed the drinks by the pool because jose was there. we ended up making a new drink from what was available and it was so good, we came back for more two days in a row.
the rooms lacked modern upgrades, and the overall design felt a bit outdated, especially the carpets and room doors.

the resort includes a private beach. guests have access to a hot chocolate and apple cider bar, a nice touch especially during cooler weather. the presence of ducks on the back patio adds a unique, charming element.

stale air dated furniture
The hotel bills itself as a resort, a claim I find questionable. My room reeked of stale air. The dated furniture did not improve the situation. The tiny pool felt more like a large bathtub. I noticed quite a bit of wear and tear throughout the hotel, disappointing.

The room was clean. The tennis courts were great. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was nice to have convenient access to various amenities.
